Our Impact

Resources

Dragonfly Farm / Dragonfly Coop is a community-led farm based in Tł’izí T’ooí, Diné Bikeyah. As dedicated land stewards and seed keepers, they are at the forefront of Indigenous agroecology. To support their mission, we collaborated on the installation of a Bio-Reactor (Bio-Box). This sustainable infrastructure generates high-quality compost that serves 20 local farmers within their network, enhancing soil health and strengthening the regenerative food system of the community.

training

Our annual Chef’s Boot Camp program is a hands-on experience designed to support the next generation of Indigenous chefs. Participants train alongside experienced chefs through workshops, live demonstrations, and one-on-one mentorship, building strong technical skills in the kitchen. Beyond cooking, the program also introduces core concepts like sourcing, seasonality, and menu development, helping participants connect their work to culture, community, and real-world opportunities.

advocacy

Our director, Bleu Adams, is a tireless advocate for Indigenous issues at the local, state, and federal level. With a deep understanding of historical and continuing injustices, she brings a powerful voice to our advocacy efforts. As one of only four Indigenous chefs serving in the American Culinary Corps, she leverages culinary diplomacy and her partnership with the James Beard Foundation to foster global connections while advancing the cause of regenerative food infrastructure for tribal communities
